These unusual size batteries are specifically designed to replace 2/3AA rechargeable batteries in Garden Solar Lights. They are shorter than a normal AA battery, hence the 2/3 AA name so please check the measurments of your original 2/3AA Solar Light batteries first. They also have a capacity ( or mAh rating ) that is manufactured to match the 600mAh rating of these batteries. When installed in your Solar Lights, they will only have a nominal amount of charge so a good sunny day will charge them up. If it is darker weather and daylight, they will take longer to charge as the Solar charging cell on your lights is only fairly small.
